Ideally located in the small locality of Agia Pelagia, between Corfu Town and Lefkimi (after Messonghi), the villas overlook Boukari Bay on the Ionian Sea. The Waterfront villas, -both inside and outside the houses- have been conceived, decorated and furnished to host and serve efficiently multi-generational families.

Step inside the spacious, family-friendly Waterfront Villa. Each room is fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible, giving you your own space and privacy and offering plenty of room for family fun in the outside dining areas, on the waterfront rest area, in the al fresco dining area and in the shaded patio.

A few steps away, the Waterfront Guesthouse, a smaller, more intimate villa gives your guests and their children their own space and privacy in a beautifully equipped whitewashed beachfront unit with full amenities, breath-taking vistas and their own beach access.

The boathouse, a stone’s throw away from the Main Villa also has two rooms, which can also be used for temporary or yacht staff accommodation.

All residences allow you to combine work and pleasure, the whole beachfront area is Wi-Fi equipped, some beachfront outdoor areas are shaded and more secluded. Other areas are designed so that you may isolate yourself and concentrate on your work while family and friends spend their time on the beachfront, just a few feet away.

Children Leisure Safety

Although all children safety norms are respected, any accident that would happen to them due to their supervisor’s negligence or absence of surveillance remains the parents’ sole responsibility.

Pets policy

All pets are welcome on the property upon notice.

Since these villas are right next to the sea, there is no need for air-conditioning units. Ceiling fans have been installed in all the rooms. If however having air-conditioning on the premises is a must-have for you, we can offer you that service and install portable air-conditioning units on demand.
